General – Tribunals should not rely on ATOS or Capita                                                 assessment

In decision CPIP/1042/2016 the Upper Tribunal, effectively, has reminded Tribunals not to rely on ATOS assessments and properly take into account other medical evidence about the person claiming PIP.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU
